Cervical and Lumber

"Cervical" and "lumbar" refer to different regions of the spine:

  • Cervical: This term pertains to the neck region of the spine, consisting of the first seven vertebrae (C1 to C7). Cervical issues often involve neck pain, stiffness, or conditions like herniated discs and cervical spondylosis.

  • Lumbar: This term refers to the lower back region, comprising the five vertebrae (L1 to L5). Lumbar problems are common and can include lower back pain, herniated discs, and lumbar strain.

Both regions are crucial for supporting the upper body and enabling movement and flexibility.
